nishaMy wholeness approach to wellbeing is through the emphasis of Yoga & Ayurveda.These combined are the essence of love, intuition and intellect.The balance of the physical with the spiritual the honouring of discipline and the recognition of clarity are the embodiment of Samadhi.

At the microcosm level I support you forming a complete and harmonious whole by first clearing and cleansing areas that restrict your vitality and Divine flow. This can be in your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional or pranic bodies. You will recognise the state of incompleteness that needs to shift to have you living fully and well. If your operating at optimal it means those in your environment benefit in turn.
My life’s mission is to facilitate at the microcosm to allow for healing at the macrocosm the 'wholeness of the Allness' so when there is healing throughout the whole body this ultimately ripples out beyond to our environment. I do this remotely by skype or on the phone or in person through the three balance points in the body, pranic forces, elements of nature and the channels that keep us stuck between the light and shade. I take a multi dimensional approach as a trained alternative therapist with an Osteopathic background(BSc), a Human Nutritionist(MSc) Certified Intuitive, Yoga & Ayurveda Consultant.
I am passionate towards building a better world in a realistic way which must begin with your willingness and want to change. My work is mostly with and for professional working women whether the realm is the emotions, caring for the physical body or connecting to a higher consciousness for greater clarity & confidence. Through the richness of ancient spiritual practices, equanimity in the flow of prana through the nadis, balance in the autonomic nervous system; softer, finer vibrations of life which collectively and naturally restore a sense of harmony and keep us on the path to peace and harmony.
